This photo was taken by the firm of David Pederson & Associates in the early 80s, well before Southview Lane was paved!  It shows the top of the hill, the water tank and pump house, and lots 26 and 27 before their trees were cleared.  Notice too how clear lot 21 was, even at this early stage, a perfect meadow for the elk to lay in!
